I was surprised to learn from the estimable Capitol Hill blog that pickleball noise is a real issue for folks across the city who live within a block of a court. You won’t believe how much time the City as a whole, and Parks in particular, spends on pickle ball. It affects the Department of Neighborhoods, SDCI (because that’s who has to come out for noise complaints), City Council and even Seattle Center

If only agencies were that conscientious! Records management does seem to end up second fiddle to just about everything haha
I contend that is by design and, in theory, precludes any Agency from attempting to respond to FOIA requests
